‘Escape From Tomorrow’ will be released on VOD in a few more days.  This movie made waves because it was shot in Disneyworld without permission, but that makes the movie far from illegal.  In fact, it’s a textbook example of Fair Use, the provision in US Copyright law that – generally – allows for content creators to lawfully use (copy) a certain amount of copyrighted third-party intellectual property for their own purposes, under certain circumstances.
